The Howietoun Heritage and Nature Sanctuary Charitable Trust was founded from an appreciation and respect for Scottish architectural, industrial, and environmental heritage and a passionate commitment to the protection of wildlife and nature. Given the threat of rapid urban development and the increasing commercial management of our rural landscape, the saving of our heritage, natural habitats, and green spaces is of paramount concern for us now, and for future generations.
